Absolutely not. Your subscription box will come in discreet packaging so only you know what you’re getting.

What happens if my order doesn't show up when it's supposed to?
All orders are tracked very carefully so if there’s ever any issues be sure to contact customer care immediately. Our customer care service prides itself in handling your concerns quickly and efficiently.

Will my Cannabake Box subscription come with the same stuff in it each month?
Never. Each box is carefully put together and all items are hand-selected by a panel of cannabis consumers just like you.

Is the Cannabake Box available in Canada?
Yes. The monthly subscription boxes are available in Canada and the United States.

How long do I have to wait to receive my Cannabake Box each month?
Boxes are promptly shipped out each month so you will receive them roughly the same time monthly. The only exception being the mail carrier in your area.

If I have a product I would like to put in the monthly subscription box, is there a way to make this happen?
Absolutely, just contact us through our contacts section in regards to the product you have. We’re always looking to showcase new talent.

If I don't open my box can I get a refund?
Yes. You may receive a refund if you return an unopened Cannabake Box within 7 days.

What if I receive something in my monthly subscription and it's broken?
We strive to package our products so that this mishap will not occur. On the chance occasion that something does come broken, most times we will replace it. Each case is reviewed on an individual basis to determine the situation and resolution. Should this occur, please contact us immediately.

Can I get a military discount?
Absolutely. Anyone who is a military veteran, active or retired can receive a discount upon verification of service.

Will my monthly subscription box have incense in it?
Absolutely never! We handpick what goes in every subscription box and we know consumers don’t want incense mixed in with pipes, papers, and other smoking accessories so you will never find incense in our subscription boxes.
